The funny part is that I'm trying to get better at these two things to Beat guys like him, but mostly others not near as bad as him.
And I think that article gave him too much credit by calling him as businessman.

Somewhere along the line they must remember that roofing is a trade. You got to install a roof at some point- by real roofers.
I once read that the biggest surprise to the homeowner when they bought a roof was that the guy who sold them the roof did not actually install it.
