New Ladder Rack

Found this one on craiglist. It's a steel Adrian ladder rack for a 6 ft. truck bed. Sells for $1,000 new. This one is 1 yr. old. I got 3 one yr. old aluminum extension ladders along with the rack. One 32 ft. One 24 ft. and one 16 ft. Paid $700 for all of it.

In IL it's now law that you have to have your name and license # on every roofing truck. Do I know who did the last four jobs I've seen in town lately? NO! Some of their trucks are nicer than mine though!

First ladder rack I ever owned if you can believe that. :laugh: I ordered some company shirts and will probably letter the truck as well but maybe just the doors.

After losing my other company, I didn't really know what direction I wanted to go in and wasn't sure if a business geared toward mainly repair work would be able to survive but by gosh I think it's gonna make it. ;)

I kind of like the idea of the attached basketball hoop. A good way to pass the time at lunch. ;)

:) Good deal. I spend my time looking for those deals and hitting pawn shops sometimes too. Lots of roof equipment there too.
