:) I might be doing a Sarnafil deck (Dek-Tek). Any pitfalls to watch for when routing the decking? I'll do the routing in the shop before instaliing the wood underlay. :)

( Assuming I have time before the upcoming surgeries.)

:) Thanks for the info Mike. I believe he said Sarnafil was making it now. We discussed so many things, i'm not even sure, but he did talk about them a lot.

Yup!. I was wondering if the lips needed chamfering?

A 2" routing, a 2" lap, and 2 sharp edges at the top.

Just seems as if a very slight bevel would protect the material from a future tear? Rep said 1/8" deep, btw.
