My metal roof was just installed. What should an inspector be looking for during the roof inspection?

According to AEP Span:
Inspectors will be looking to see if the site has been cleaned up and the fasteners appear to be in good condition and consistent. They will be making sure there are not a lot of scratches or dents on the panels too.
