Looking for input on Johns Manville PVC vs FiberTite - Florida near East coast/airport

Hello,

I've done some research on different commercial roof systems, and I have mostly narrowed down the options to JM PVC, and a FiberTite assembly. That being said, I stumbled across this forum, and wanted to see if anyone has unbiased input as to what I should be looking to use. Not opposed to spending a little more on a higher quality product if it means better life of the roof and overall lower cost over the life of it.
