My water ppump seal sprung a leak so I had to take the truck to the shop. My mechanic took this pic today.

So, if he took the pic, who is that handsome devil that looked up from working on my truck? B)

This is the same shop that I changed my ball joints recently on the other truck.

I was finished for the day and the earliest he could get to it was Wed., or even Thurs. I asked if I could save money if I helped? He asked what I was doing today and I said I was off. He said I could have a bay and his new mech. and do it today. We had it back together in less than 2 hours. It would have taken his guy 3 hours or i could have done it in my shop in 5-6 hours. I replaced the belts since it was apart too. He and the shop got paid, I saved and the truck is good to go! :)

It's always something for us who don't buy a new truck every year!

I don't know many mechanics who roof, which is good because I don't do much wrenchin. I know enough to be dangerous and did a lot of work to my ol' Pontiac GTP, but unless I've got spare time, I'd rather pay the man.
