Good ol' boy scout blow! I blame all my sinus problems(slight) on my first shake roof when I was 16. I hadn't blown my nose for a year before that and now it's all the time.

Roof dawg it actually was 95yr old and yes i use A finger, push one side of nose and blow like hell with the other side of nose, works like a charm...and yes me wife hates it! :lol:
