How are you keeping your employees calm?

I just hear the coffee conversations talk we hosted and John Kenney (from Cotney Consulting) talked about leadership.  He talked about visting your crews on the jobsite.   If you are expecting them to work then show them you are out there with them.  Powerul thought.
