:blink: Looked at a FL Copper roof today. Ten years old. Been leaking off and off for a few years. Who spots the issue first?

Those EcoStar are burning holes in the copper too. Not related to the question, btw.

Well I see two things right off the top #1 acid rain along the slate line #2 lack of solder/ poor solder work. Not sweated into the joint. You should be seeing a lot more solder then what the pics are showing Hell of a waste of copper

Oh, the owner said there was a lot of that special stuff thicher that regular tar paper installed first. B)
