help with a leak

If customer complained a leak above the corner window, that mean there is leak above the corner window. :S :S :S

I probably would have said "For something like this, you best call an electrician"

Let them pump another full tube of "Sillycone" around the conduit base.

If frozen solid and below freezing out, ice should act as an insulator. Not sure I want to test that out though.

Whatchagonna do? Use a blow dryer and then shoot it with foam? Stand back boys 'n lets be wise...
