New EPDM roof (Fully adhered to 1.5 ISO) 6 sq. Roof Installation errors caused bubbles/blisters everywhere. Likely errors - to much glue in some areas, and rolled in to soon.

Solution - Installing a new sheet of EPDM over existing after slicing/cutting out all bubbles. w.(Splice Adhesive)

Reasoning - If the current sheet is pulled up the face of the ISO will come off/ruined etc.

Your thoughts on this?

hoiw cold was it during the install. i recently had the same problem occur during an install in cold weather, below 40. we found keeping the bonding adhesive warm until the last minute seemed to solve the problem. also after several days in the sunshine most bubbles relaxed out.

How bad are the bubbles and or blisters? It is possible you can roll them out or just wait. Likely it will smooth out by itself. If they are bad enough you can patch what doesn't settle. Pics would be an excellent idea. B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day
