We are a commercial roofing contractor in North Texas, actively seeking a few good experienced roof repair service techs. What is the going rate for someone of this caliber? They are difficult to find! I'm just curious what it takes to hire great commercial service personnel. Do they typically get paid hourly, salary or a combination with some sort of performance based bonus/commission?

I got roofing services from Green Energy Roofing and Construction(Gerandc). I think they provide good services. you can call on (713) 835-0690 to get service.

It depends. Some roofers charge per square feet, others by hour. On average, I'd say you will look at $45-$75 per hour.
