Right on! Glad to here its going good for you. Here in Washington no spraying between Oct-April. so that's are time to play and then chase the sun in the summer. (LORD I LOVE MY ROOFTOPS) B)
At first we getting our emulsion from a supplier out of Houston who was selling us watered down emulsion so we experienced problems with those roofs from lack of clay, but we ended up buying a truck load of henrys emulsion from ABC out of Beaumont and realized we were being screwed royaly by our supplier.Well ive stuck with henry and have never had a problem with our emulsion since. We have a lot of squares down and im in the wettest climate in North America and currently doing a 975 square spray job on a shopping center if it would warm up and dry out.
How are you liking it. Any problems
Im about two hours west of New Orleans but grew up on Vancouver Island.Weve been installing chopped fiberglass roofs for about 8 years here now .

THATS AWSOME I'm excited to meet with you and your family and here some good Ole roofing story's I'm sure you have many. Looking at next week being good.
Tim, The truth is knowing what to look for on a gravel or bur is the key to determining if poly is needed. most choppers think poly adds strength to there roof system but really it is just to divorce old from new if a bur is all split up you ether add floating patches or poly. (PREP IS THE KEY) this being said a 12-3 or a 20-5 will not stop construction splits without the proper prep. I have seen roofs shot with two plies of poly 6 gallons per ply then 12-4 on top plus silver and fail do to bad prep. Does kold king use poly on all specs and what are your specs. gallons and pounds
Yea when i was a kid i dreamed i could fly to! I didnt even have a plane, just flapped my arms every night!
