Pushups for Heroes
Pushups for Heroes is a community-driven fitness and fundraising challenge bringing together roofing professionals, industry partners, friends and families to complete 25,000 push-ups in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. Participants are working toward the shared goal while raising funds for H3 Adventures, with individual sponsors, public donations and social media support helping expand the impact. Everyone is welcome to follow along, donate through the campaign QR code, share encouragement or contribute bonus push-ups from home. Through friendly competition, team accountability and participant videos shared online, Pushups for Heroes is building awareness for a meaningful cause while creating a fun way for the industry to give back, get active and support heroes in the community.
