Polyset Qualified Applicator Training

APOC Polyset offers customized, on-demand classroom and hands-on training. Learn proper product use, installation requirements, application methods utilizing various profiles of tile and more. After passing the Qualified Applicator test, the installer will be issued a Polyset Qualified Applicator card.

*This course is required to install APOC Polyset AH-160 or RTA-1 Roof Tile Adhesive.

Duration: Classroom (4 hours) and field training up to 3 days or longer depending on dispensing system, project condition or trainee needs.

APOC^® Polyset^® Low Slope Commercial Roof Adhesive

APOC Polyset Commercial Roof Adhesive is a fast, easy-to-use two-component polyurethane foam adhesive designed to bond insulation boards, cover boards and fleece back membranes to a wide range of substrates in new or re-roof applications. It can be applied using spatter or bead methods, performs in temperatures as low as 30°F (-1°C) and is FM approved for use with most roofing systems. Available in portable disposable kits or higher-yield refillable systems, it offers convenient application in hard-to-reach areas, lower applied cost per square foot, higher coverage compared to disposable options and reduced landfill waste. Formulated with an HFO blowing agent, it supports lower environmental impact while maintaining strong performance.

APOC^® 705 Polyset^® RTA-1 Roof Tile Adhesive

APOC Polyset RTA-1 is a fast, easy-to-use one-component polyurethane foam adhesive that bonds concrete and clay roof tiles without mechanical fasteners, virtually eliminating deck penetrations and tile damage. Its unique formulation helps prevent tile chattering and delivers strong performance in both new construction and repair applications. RTA-1 is Miami Dade, Florida Building Code, TDI and IAPMO-UES approved, and is available in straw foam or cylinder foam with a gun hose assembly. Formulated with an HFO blowing agent, it supports lower global warming impact while maintaining high product performance.
