Michelle Boykin
Michelle Boykin is the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator of Rackley Roofing Company, Inc.
Michelle joined Rackley in 2010 and has assisted in the exponential growth of the company across Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. Michelle is heavily involved in National Women in Roofing, currently serving on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. Rackley is a Founding and Platinum Sponsor of National Women in Roofing. Michelle is also the Director of Member Services for CREW Nashville and has served on their Board of Directors since 2016. She is also involved with a Facilitated Peer Group with other roofers across the country, who share best practices and focus on new ideas. Additionally, Michelle is a member of RT3, Roofing Technology Think Tank. Michelle and her husband Keith have been married for 15 years, and have 2 sons, ages 12 and 5.
