We also work with design professionals to determine the best options for new and restored structures, including assisting with specifications, details and product/system recommendations. Our on-site contract administration inspections help owners, architects and general contractors monitor progress and help subcontractors stay on track with project requirements.
When problems occur involving design or construction, we can assist with forensic investigation and fair resolution via mediation, appraiser/umpire process or litigation.
