Maya J. Irizarry, MBA, is a business advisor, fractional integrator and leadership strategist with extensive experience in leadership, operations and organizational development. As the owner of Solutions By Maya LLC, she helps leaders and teams align people, processes and culture to drive clarity, engagement and sustainable growth. Her work focuses on tackling common business challenges in miscommunication, misaligned teams, stalled processes and disengaged employees. Before launching her consulting practice, Maya’s most recent professional experience was in the roofing industry, where she held senior operations leadership roles. There, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges fast-growing companies face and learned how strong leadership, aligned teams and predictable systems can transform outcomes. She has shared her expertise as a speaker at RCASF, National Women in Roofing, NAWIC and NRCA webinars.
Maya also dedicates her time to mentoring and education. She serves on the NWIR Mentoring Committee, guides undergraduate students through CUNY Baruch College’s Executives on Campus program and partners with Junior Achievement South Florida’s Pre-Apprenticeship program to introduce high school students to career opportunities in the roofing trades.In her consulting practice, Maya leverages tools including DISC, EQ, Stress and Sales Assessments (TARGET) and The Prioritized Leader framework to help organizations strengthen culture, communication and succession planning.
