Katie Fitzgerald is the president and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Global. She leads the strategic vision for the organization’s long-term growth, global impact and delivery of mission at Ronald McDonald House Chapters in 60+ countries and regions around the world. In addition to serving on the Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors, Katie is also a member of McDonald’s Global Impact Leadership Team, partnering with the brand’s leadership to ensure continued alignment and partnership across Ronald McDonald House and McDonald’s. Prior to joining Ronald McDonald House, Katie served as president and chief operating officer of Feeding America, the largest non-profit organization in the United States working to end hunger. In 2024, Katie was selected as a Forbes 50 Over 50 honoree for her work within the impact sector.
