Kate is the founder of Raise the Roof, the UK’s leading diversity and inclusion membership for the roofing sector and Elevate Roofing Advisory, a specialist commercial roofing consultancy.
Recognised as one of the Top 100 Influential Women in Construction 2025, Kate’s career spans senior director roles across some of the UK’s leading roofing and cladding businesses, including SPV Group, Howard Evans Roofing and Cladding and SPV Special Projects — giving her an unrivalled depth of commercial, operational and technical knowledge across the sector.
