Currently serving as Technical Director for SPRI and co-owner and vice president of TK Sebastian, he provides strategic consulting on regulatory issues, standards development and industry advancement. His career spans key roles with organizations such as the Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association, Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association and Kellen, where he led technical services and compliance initiatives. With an engineering foundation built at Firestone Building Products and Johns Manville, Chadwick has contributed to product development, testing and code approvals while actively engaging with industry bodies like ASTM.
