Caitlin Ieng joined The Coffee Shops™ in 2025 as an account manager, bringing a diverse background in advertising, home décor manufacturing, and health and wellness procurement. Her ability to adapt to any situation and build strong client relationships has translated well in the roofing industry.

After her daughter’s autism diagnosis at age three, Caitlin stepped back to focus on family life, until a chance jury duty encounter led her to The Coffee Shops team. Today, she’s passionate about supporting roofing contractors, keeping projects running smoothly, and helping deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking with her daughter, exploring new foodie spots with her husband, and advocating for autism awareness and acceptance.
