Bridget Jenkins Wilson is a powerhouse in the Florida construction industry, carrying forward a legacy as a third-generation roofing contractor and breaking new ground as a first-generation general contractor. A native of Valrico and a proud University of South Florida alumna, Bridget originally earned her degree in Elementary Education—a background that uniquely defines her leadership style today. 

At the heart of her work is the belief that an "educated community is a successful community." Bridget has seamlessly transitioned her passion for teaching into the construction world, empowering homeowners and business owners with the knowledge they need to navigate complex projects. In response to recent catastrophic hurricanes, she expanded the family’s 30-year legacy by founding Cardinal Building and Restoration. By earning her GC and IICRC licensing, she ensured that her community had a trusted partner to help them rebuild and recover from disaster. 

Beyond the job site, Bridget is deeply committed to philanthropy, dedicating her time to veterans' and children’s charities. She shares her life in Valrico with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Brooke and Brogan.
