Black Building Envelope Professionals (BBEP)

We are Black Building Envelope Professionals, also known as BBEP. We promote access to opportunities in the building envelope industry through workforce development, entrepreneurship, education, networking and advocacy. We connect roofing and waterproofing contractors, architects, consultants, chemists, manufacturers, independent representatives and students interested in the building envelope profession. We help members expand their professional networks, explore job and partnership opportunities, pursue educational opportunities and advance their careers. Through mentorship, scholarships and advocacy, we work to increase representation and create a more inclusive building envelope profession.
