Allison Woslager is a seasoned marketing professional with 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry, specializing in both traditional and digital marketing strategies that help contractors grow sustainable, lead-driven businesses. Known for her direct approach, strong industry relationships and commitment to results, Allison is passionate about helping roofing and home service companies build a strong brand presence, generate consistent leads and create long-term marketing systems that scale. 

In September 2022, Allison became an entrepreneur and founded Integrity PNW LLC, a marketing agency built around one core mission: help great businesses grow. Integrity PNW LLC supports contractors through website strategy, SEO, paid media, lead tracking and performance reporting — always with a focus on accountability and measurable outcomes. 

Allison is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington (RCAW) and the National Women in Roofing Seattle Council, where she actively supports industry advancement, mentorship and community-building. She is passionate about elevating the roofing industry and helping contractors thrive in a rapidly changing digital landscape. 

Originally from New Jersey and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Allison lives in Tacoma with her son, her dog and two cats — and she brings the same energy and integrity to her personal life as she does to every partnership.
