RCMA is happy to present this webinar to bring our members up to date on the roofing provisions impacting roof coatings that are found in the Florida Building Code. The session will include provisions found in the Florida Codes- including energy efficiency, roofing requirements, product standards, and reroofing. We will also cover the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements including the Roofing Application Standards (RAS) and Testing Application Standards (TAS) documents. There will be time for Q&A and discussion.
Your presenter is Mike Fischer, Director of Codes and Regulatory Compliance, from RCMA Staff. Mike is an industry veteran who began his career in codes and standards in the Florida market and has been engaging with the Florida Building Commission for more than 25 years.
