Construction Industry Best Practices:

Investigation and Action Plan for Dealing with Questions that Arise when Confronted with a Potential COVID-19 Infected Employee on Site

FREE WEBINAR

You feel you have taken all of the necessary steps to protect your employees from COVID-19.  But you walk into the office one morning and you are informed that you have an employee on a job site who has a fever and is short of breath, and that an emergency squad has been called to come take him to the emergency room.  What are your next steps with that employee?  What are your next steps with other workers at the job site, including other contractors?  Are there next steps that need to be taken with the building owner, if it is occupied?  Do you need to notify the health department or other government agency, such as OSHA?  How do you handle your other employees that may have worked with the ill employee recently?  What about sick leave and workers compensation implications? This webinar will be presented as a panel discussion to address this and other scenarios and questions you may raise that may realistically occur in your business, as well as the most recent guidance from OSHA on your recordability and other safety concerns relating to COVID-19.

We have the following team from Auman, Mahan & Furry presenting this seminar and ready to answer all your questions:

Gary Auman
Gary concentrates his practice on occupational safety & health law, and workers compensation defense. Gary has been involved directly with the construction industry his entire career. His experience ranges across the country and is very in tune with all aspects of the COVID-19 situation.

Abigail White
Abbie is a Director at AMF and concentrates her practice in the areas of OSHA and Workers' Compensation defense.

Matthew Bakota
Matt is a member of the AMF Labor & Employment group and is a certified specialist in labor and employment law.

This unique panel discussion will answer all of these questions and more!

You will also be provided with a written quick-reference outline specifically related to the construction industry that you can implement immediately!

Register for the webinar.
