In our experience there is not a standardized damage assessment process for our industry and it seems to vary greatly depending on the party and their role in the claims process. At C3 Group, we primarily work with insurance claim disputes and our goal has been to share the knowledge we have accrued over the years with other professionals in the industry to set a standard for proper claims handling and damage assessment.
