Building an Inclusive Workspace
Can just one person be responsible for creating an inclusive environment in the workplace? Significant, sustainable change is only possible when equity and inclusion are infused throughout an organization. Participants will explore the Six Signature Traits of inclusive leadership and strategies for utilizing these traits at any level within the workplace. Join us to learn how, regardless of your role or position, you can help create a more inclusive environment in your workplace.

- Articulate the Six Signature Traits of inclusive leadership that can be utilized by anyone at any level of an organization.
- Describe the concept of cultural competency.
- Contrast culture add and culture fit.
- Reflect on strategies to enhance inclusion in one’s own scope of work, within organizations, and within volunteer roles.
- Engage in inclusive conversations and utilize strategies for handling challenging conversations.
