X marks the top: Introducing the X-Top roof vent

FlashCo’s X-Top Roof Vents are prefabricated exhaust vents used for non-heated exhaust ventilation. FlashCo X-Tops are designed for single ply low slope roong systems. The vent eliminates eld fabrication, installs in minutes and has a removable top for easy maintenance. The galvanized steel sub-base meets the minimum 8” height requirement typically speci ed on low slope roong systems. FlashCo’s X-Top TPO ashing is factory welded reinforced membrane and has a three-inch weldable ange. The X-shaped hood is made of SMP painted steel, closely matching the color of the TPO. X-Top vents are not for use in dryer exhaust applications, instead FlashCo recommends its EasyFlapper™ for dryer vent applications. X-Top vents come standard with an 1/8” galvanized wire mesh, and are available in three standard sizes: 4”, 6” and 8”.
