Anchor Products was founded by CEO Joel Stanley. Joel grew up in the roofing industry and by the time he was 16 he was running crews. In his decades spent serving the industry and on roofs, he realized there was a gap in the market for a roof securement system that would keep roofs watertight. So, he got to work, and today runs Anchor Products, which produces “the only commercial roof anchoring systems proven not to leak.”  

It starts with the U-Anchor. A compression-free attachment that installs in less than three minutes. It has a flat seamless design that becomes part of the existing roofing system without exposed fasteners. It exceeds code requirements in the harshest environments and is included in the warranty of most roof manufacturers insuring a leak free securement for the life of the roof. The U-Anchor is also an incredibly versatile product, as it can be customized to any membrane color or brand and works on a variety of roof types (including TPO, PVC, EPDM, asphalt and coated roofs). Additionally, the U-Anchor can resist high levels of tension and shear performs well even in high winds or seismic events!
