ASC APP Torch 

The brand has recently launched an impressive line of non-coating roofing products designed to offer high performance and durability for low slope systems. Their line of ASC APP Torch products, designed from a polyester reinforced modified bitumen, offers users a highly durable roofing solution, available in a variety of colors and textures.  

• ASC APP 4.0 S is a heat-welded system designed for easy installation in multi-ply roofing systems, offering resistance to weathering and puncturing. The Atactic Polypropylene (APP) membrane offers great flexibility and stability, making it an exceptional choice for commercial roofers. The top surface layer features a smooth, sand grain surface.  
• ASC APP 4.5G stands apart as a cap/base sheet; the product features a granulated textured surface in a variety of colors. The bottom of the material features a burn-off film for welding applications to low slope roofs.  

Silicone coatings 

ASC Building Materials is well known for their coatings offerings, and one product among those is their ASC S Silicone Coating. Created as a single-component silicone rubber (moisture curing) coating system, the product can be used in projects dealing with smooth surfaces: BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coatings, concrete and more. The ASC S Silicone Coating comes in a variety of options with common project needs in mind, whether that me for leveling, wet patch, low viscosity or more.  

Acrylic coatings 

Customers are also offered access to ASC 1 – the brand’s white, acrylic-based elastomeric reflective coating. Designed for applications where waterproofing and extended lifespans are preferred, this product is ideal for asphalt and metal roofing projects.
