The Roofing Alliance has issued its annual call for funding and is accepting applications for innovative research projects that align with its mission and are focused on one of three key areas: workforce development and outreach; robotics, ai and technology applications as well as construction automation, robotics and visualization.
“We remain committed to supporting projects that close critical research gaps and spark real progress across the roofing industry,” said Alison L. LaValley, CAE, executive director of the Roofing Alliance. “While our core pillars - education, technology, sustainability and philanthropy - continue to guide our mission, this year we are especially focused on workforce development, robotics, technology and automation that can advance the overall industry.”
Proposals should refrain from using any proprietary products, services or materials or advocating an industry position or segment and instead contribute to the betterment of the U.S. roofing industry.
