Q: Tell us about the geography you install roofing in and what kind of snow retention systems are needed for your customers.

A: Our region is characterized by very heavy snowfall, especially notable during the winter of 2022-2023. In this single season records were broken with over 400 inches of snow. Q: What’s the most challenging/interesting roofing project you’ve ever done where a snow retention system was involved? 

A: Definitely the Nutzman residence. Located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, this beautiful duplex house faced significant challenges due to heavy snow and ice accumulation on its North-West roof section, resulting in roof avalanches and damaged shingles.
