Join us for a tour of the buildings on the National Mall which sit opposite the Monuments on the other end! During this tour we will explore the exterior of several buildings on the west side of the National Mall including the United States Capitol, the Library of Congress Jefferson building, The United States Supreme Court building, the Smithsonian Arts and Industries building, the Smithsonian castle, the National Gallery of Art building and others. Specifically, will discuss their architectural history and materiality.
