The room block at the Gaylord Palms has sold out but additional hotel options have been added. 

There is good news and bad news about FRSA's 96th Annual Convention. The good news is that the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Expo is sold out, and registration numbers for both the Convention and Expo are much higher than in the past decade. The bad news is that due to the high number of attendees registered, the expanded room block at Gaylord Palms Resort is also sold out. The block has been increased twice and FRSA has added as many rooms as the hotel could provide but they are currently sold out.

Need to cancel a room? If you currently have a reservation at the Gaylord Palms and need to cancel, please do not contact the hotel directly. To ensure the rooms can stay within FRSA’s room block and go to FRSA attendees and exhibitors, please email Kelsey O’Hearne at kelsey@floridaroof.com or call 800-767-3772 ext. 100. Kelsey will handle the cancellation for you and send you a confirmation.

Hoping to stay at the Gaylord Palms? Kelsey is managing the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis as cancellations come in. Please email kelsey@floridaroof.com with the number of rooms needed and your requested check in/out dates. Rooms at the Gaylord Palms are not guaranteed and you are encouraged to consider back-up options.
