Polyglass Project Profile: Fort Belvoir Military Base

APR - Project Profile - Polyglass Fort Belvoir
April 25, 2018 at 5:32 p.m.

The Polyglass system replaced an aging TPO roof.

Fort Belvoir Military Base, located in Northern Virginia, is now home to a Polyglass® multi-ply modified bitumen roof system. Northern Virginia Roofing proposed the Polyglass system to replace a 60,000- square-foot aged TPO roof. The new roof system features mechanically –fastened Polyglass G2 base sheets, heat-welded Polyflex® Smooth mid-ply and heat-welded Polyflex®G granulated cap sheet in white. The redundancy of a multi-ply roof system results in a longer roof service life and return on investment for the building owner.
