NRCA has announced it will begin new sessions for its highly effective Executive Management Institute (EMI) beginning Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 – Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017. EMI is a unique educational experience for seasoned roofing executives that provides high-level concepts to real-world roofing industry problems.
EMI’s second session will take place Sunday, April 8, 2018 – Monday April 9, 2018. According to NRCA, executive education allows business leaders to focus on identifying and setting specific goals, encourages self-awareness and leadership development, provides a platform to facilitate networking and exchange among peers, and instigates for many a frame of reference change.
EMI sessions will address two topics:
EMI leadership through improved communication:
Succession planning, including financial considerations:
EMI consists of two in-person sessions, held at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management’s downtown Chicago campus. Participants will use the time in between sessions for reading and planning.
