Mule-Hide Products Co. promotes David Phillip to technical services manager

David joined the company in 2014 as a technical services administrator and had served as technical services lead since 2023.

Low-slope roofing manufacturer Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc.has promoted David Phillip to Technical Services Manager. He will lead the company’s technical services team, which supports the company’s contractors, distributor partners and territory managers by fielding questions and offering advice on product selection, specifications and proper roofing system installation.

Phillip joined the company in 2014 as a technical services administrator and had served as technical services lead since 2023.

“David has been in the roofing industry for nearly 50 years and has been part of the Mule-Hide family for the past 10 years,” said Managing Director Dan Williams. “In sharing his experience and knowledge, as well as his passion for our industry, with our contractors, associates and distributor partners, he has helped ensure we always deliver industry-leading technical expertise and responsiveness. We look forward to the contributions he will make in his new role.”

Phillip began his roofing career in 1977, working on crews for a family-owned roofing company. Prior to joining Mule-Hide Products, he was a project manager with commercial roofing firm Silktown Roofing and a senior field service representative with roofing manufacturer Carlisle SynTec Systems.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from The Ohio State University.
