McElroy Metal’s 138T shingle recover system is the industry's best solution to retrofit existing shingle roofs. This system installs directly over existing shingles with patented clips, creating an energy-saving Above Sheathing Ventilation (ASV) airspace between the existing roof and the new 138T roof. Also being featured will be Green Span Profiles Ridgeline Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) which features a 238T seam. McElroy’s newest product is our Milan Steel Shingle. Milan provides the aesthetic appearance of shingles, slate or shake with all the benefits of metal.  McElroy operates 13 manufacturing facilities nationwide.
