They talk about how he grew his career as a roofer, foreman, manager and senior field advisor in the commercial roofing industry. They talk about the importance of loving your job which makes it a career along with the importance of building relationships and providing solutions with customers. He shares that no matter what size the problem is, he will do whatever it takes to diagnose and resolve the issue in a way that is most beneficial for his customers. He encourages others to take the same path in roofing to find the perfect career.
