The Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA) Educational and Research Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
Founded in 1982, the goal of the Foundation is to educate the workforce, management and owners of construction businesses, as well as other industry-related professionals.
FRSA's Educational & Research Foundation offers a variety of ways to contribute to the industry and support industry "Excellence through Education," from Foundation Membership to Endowment and Scholarship Programs, the FRSA Educational Foundation is the largest industry-related Foundation in the Southeastern United States. With more than $280,000 provided in scholarships and new educational programming added each year, FRSA stays on the cutting-edge of industry education and quality standards.
In 2020, the Foundation granted $30,000 in scholarships, produced online CE seminars and helped Florida Roofing professionals understand the changes coming in the new code cycle effective December 31, 2020.
