The Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA) Educational and Research Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
Founded in 1982, the goal of the Foundation is to educate the workforce, management and owners of construction businesses, as well as other industry-related professionals.
Since its inception, the FRSA Educational & Research Foundation has awarded more than $310,000 in scholarships. The Scholarship Program is available to assist FRSA members and their families, along with employees (and their families) of member companies.
Members, Employees and their families who plan to pursue post-secondary education in college or vocational programs on a full-time or part-time basis are eligible for the merit-based scholarships. The criteria for selecting scholarship recipients include but are not limited to: Academic achievement; leadership and participation in school and community activities; honors; work experience; education and career goals.

In 2021, the Foundation granted $31,500 in scholarships.
Your donation is tax-deductible and, for FRSA members, eligible to be applied toward a Foundation membership.
