NRCA For Foremen Only, Level 1 Program
Wednesday, July 17, 2019 / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

For Foremen Only, Level 1 is a program focusing on communication, leadership, and management skills for field managers. The roofing industry is filled with foremen and superintendents who are incredibly adept at expertly installing roof systems and who were promoted because of that expertise. Unfortunately, these individuals often do not possess equal levels of leadership, communication and management skills needed to effectively run their crews. This program introduces the concept that managing, leading, and communicating are necessary tools to be a truly successful middle manager. It also uses interactive exercises to practice using these new "tools" to become effective crew leaders. This program is not included in the Full Registration – C.E. Seminars package or the 7-Hour C.E. Package and does not carry C.E. credits. Program is limited to 25 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Course includes lunch sponsored by Ritz Safety LLC.

NRCA For Foremen Only, Level 2 Program
Wednesday, July 17, 2019 / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

For Foremen Only, Level 2 reviews key communication, leadership and management techniques learned in Level 1. It continues focusing on the attention given to disciplinary conversations and interventions. The program then introduces techniques to effectively handle relationships with customers and bosses. This program is not included in the Full Registration – C.E. Seminars package or the 7-Hour C.E. Package and does not carry C.E. credits. Program is limited to 25 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. For Foremen Only, Level 1 must be completed prior to registering for this course. Course includes lunch sponsored by Ritz Safety LLC.

OSHA 10-hour Training for Construction

Attendees who complete both days of the class successfully will receive the OSHA 10-Hour Certification. This program is not included in the Full Registration – C.E. Seminars package or the 7-Hour C.E. Package and does not carry C.E. credits. Program is limited to 40 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Course registration includes lunch.
