Duro-Last, a member of the Amrize family of brands and a leading manufacturer of custom-fabricated single-ply roofing systems, announced today the expansion of its Texas operations with plans to transition from its current Carrollton, Texas, location to a larger, upgraded facility in Dallas.
The Dallas site offers 130,000 square feet of modernized space, an increase of more than 40% compared the existing location, and is optimized to improve production flow, increase inventory capacity and enhance logistical efficiency. The move supports Duro-Last’s continued national growth, particularly in the rapidly expanding southern U.S. market.
“This expansion is a strategic investment in our future, our contractors and the customers they serve,” said Chris Warner, vice president of operations at Duro-Last. “As demand continues to grow, we’re scaling our operations to maintain the quality, reliability and responsiveness that define the Duro-Last brand.”
With a layout designed to streamline manufacturing, the Dallas facility will enhance product availability and help shorten lead times, critical advantages for contractors managing complex commercial roofing projects on tight schedules.
This growth reflects Duro-Last’s long-standing commitment to innovation, customer support and contractor success. It also strengthens the brand’s ability to meet evolving market demands while maintaining the industry-leading service and product quality it’s known for.
“As we grow, we remain focused on delivering the highest level of value to our contractor partners,” said Warner. “This move allows us to support their growth with the space, tools and infrastructure needed to exceed expectations in a highly competitive market.”
To avoid service disruptions, Duro-Last will implement the relocation in carefully planned phases throughout the second half of 2025, with the Dallas facility expected to be fully operational by January 1.
