COVID-19 and SOPREMA Business Continuity

Dear Customers and Partners: 

We would like to inform you of the measures SOPREMA has implemented to, first and foremost, take care of the health and safety of our employees and business partners. In this regard, we want to assure you about the continuity of our supply chain and service operations: manufacturing is operational; raw material supplies are maintained; sales and customer service personnel remain available to serve you, and we have products in stock to meet current demands.

The SOPREMA team is mobilized and innovating in order to transform our processes and our way of doing things to adapt to this situation. We are following the recommendations of public health authorities, the state and federal governments and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Among the measures implemented are travel restrictions, significant increases in health measures, social distancing, etc. We are also limiting meetings and visits from suppliers, customers and employees to our offices and factories. We, therefore, invite you to contact us before visiting in person.

Our teams are connected via various communication channels to maintain business continuity and to continue to provide exceptional products and services to you, our valued customer. This situation reminds us of how connected we are as a global community, and our thoughts go out to all those who are affected in one way or another.
