Cotney Construction Law Welcomes Attorney Elizabeth Tipping

Tipping will be the managing partner at the firm’s Nashville office.

Tipping brings 15 years of experience as a trial lawyer which includes handling numerous mediations, trials, appeals, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings. She has successfully represented clients in both jury and non-jury trials, and will fight for her clients all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States.
