The consulting company grows its footprint to provide comprehensive industrial and commercial roofing, building envelope, and paving consulting for Texas companies.

BLUEFIN is pleased to announce its office expansion located in the heart of the Arlington entertainment district. This marks the next phase of growing its Texas-based practice and presence after working with companies throughout the state for over 10 years. Robert Gardner, regional manager for BLUEFIN, is heading the new location and expansion to support the company’s growth strategy. Joining him, are E.J. Sandquist, senior consultant from Benbrook, John Spall as a design specialist and Cleburne resident, newly hired to BLUEFIN, Fausto Jimenez, senior CQA observer and Mansfield resident, Rudy Medina, a state-wide traveling technician and Dallas resident, Victor Espitia, a state-wide traveling technician and Denton resident, and Gus Montemayor, a state-wide traveling technician and Denton resident.

“We are very excited about growing our work with regional companies and public agencies to provide quality consulting, exceptional service, and unique opportunities to save them millions of dollars through proactive roof and pavement management,” said Gardner, a Grapevine resident with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

BLUEFIN has proudly been serving Texas since 2008, handling all types of industrial and commercial roofing, pavement, and building envelope preservation and restoration projects on over 10,000 properties throughout Texas in the education, transportation, retail, industrial REITs, grocery, government, and oil and gas industries. The company also has a large, nationwide presence, with extensive staff and resources to serve its Texas customers who have facilities throughout North America and abroad.

“With offices across the country and a growing list of clients in Texas, our team is able to focus on ensuring all consulting practices handled by BLUEFIN are completed with the highest level of diligence and dedicated service along with a comprehensive and growing list of service offerings,” said Richard Rast, president of BLUEFIN, noting the office is also expanding its services in Texas to include proactive management of commercial and industrial roofs, building envelopes, pavement, and renewable energy.

As the first company in the industry to provide mobile assessment technology and web-based information management, BLUEFIN has grown to the largest industrial and commercial roofing, paving, and building envelope consultancy in the United States by remaining focused on taking a strategic, data-driven approach to facility asset management.
