Advanced Roofing- Florida and the Caribbean

By Heidi J. Ellsworth, RCS Partner.

Advanced Roofing offers downloads and podcasts to help businesses prepare for hurricanes.

With hurricanes brushing past Florida, it is once again time to think about ongoing hurricane preparedness.  Roofing companies play a key role in helping businesses stay in front of the hurricane with a strong plan for withstanding the storms.

Advanced Roofing, a full-service commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof replacements, repairs, and maintenance services throughout Florida, has seen more than their share of hurricanes.  Their team of roofing professionals, from inside the office to rooftops, understand how to prepare, withstand and recover from the worst storms in the US and Caribbean.  They have been active since Dorian working in the Bahamas helping those affected with relief efforts.

Advanced Roofing offers help digitally for business owners, staff and community with information for storm preparedness, a location map and a strong overview of the company.  Their hurricane page helps keep customers and employees up to date on activity in the Atlantic and overall storm activity also featuring podcasts.

Their most recent podcast features Julian Olarte, Advanced Roofing’s Miami Branch Manager, providing an overview of the 2019 Hurricane Season with forecasts and predictions, preparation tips for flat, commercial roofs, and a review of common misconceptions related to hurricanes. As Julian notes in the podcast, while Hurricane Season runs from June through November, the most active months are August and September. He encourages commercial building owners to be aware of and monitor the weather and to have their roofs serviced before a hurricane strikes.

Advanced Roofing recently reached a milestone of employing 500 people, but they are always looking for more. They currently have 60-plus openings in their three companies: Advanced Roofing, Advanced Green Technologies and Advanced Air Systems for work throughout the state of Florida.

If you are looking for long-term career opportunities with a company that cares about their employees and their community, join the crew at Advanced Roofing.  Visit their website for employment opportunities.
