Tune in on October 24, 2024 @ 7 a.m. PT | 10 a.m. ET

Join us for a special Coffee Conversations, sponsored by Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. (WTI), a division of Tremco, to celebrate the ELEVATE 2nd Chance program, a key part of WTI's RISE initiative. This pioneering effort focuses on providing formerly incarcerated individuals with education, skill development, and career pathways in roofing and construction. On October 24, 2024, at 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET, learn how WTI partners with the Department of Corrections in multiple states to train and hire these individuals, while exploring creative recruitment strategies like apprenticeships, construction management, and vocational schools. Join us for a conversation on fostering inclusivity and addressing the labor shortage in the roofing industry.
