Wendy Marvin
Wendy Marvin is the co-founder and current CEO of Matrix Roofing
Wendy has been the business strategist since the company’s inception in 2007. Prior to Matrix, Wendy worked on the business side of the healthcare industry, yet always desired to run her own company. She is fervent in her desire to improve the Roofing Industry, and to serve her customers and the community. A Habitat for Humanity participant since 2009, Wendy recently signed Matrix up with the No Roof Left Behind program as a means to add to her company’s community involvement. Matrix will announce their first free roof in October of 2018, and plans to sponsor two free roofs in 2019, focusing specifically on the local Veterans who may be in need.
On a more personal level, Wendy has been through the ups and downs that a life well lived tends to bring. She has battle scars and bruises that lend color and depth to her bright, friendly smile. She believes in hugging often and lives life seeking knowledge. Loving to read, discuss, challenge and connect, she is a champion of underdogs and enjoys every minute of this completely complicated and ever-changing life. Wendy is a strong leader who surrounds herself with phenomenal employees. That’s what she calls her secret sauce. She resides in Washington and has 3 astonishing kids. Family is a high priority for her, and she enjoys crazy evenings playing games (including wine) and almost any outdoor activity.
